At Omamori From Japan, items are sourced in Japan and prepared individually for each order. For this reason, returns and exchanges are limited as outlined below.

Returns and Exchanges

Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been prepared or shipped.

We will review return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • The item received is incorrect
  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective

If one of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@omamorifromjapan.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return under this right:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • You must contact us at info@omamorifromjapan.com with proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be returned to Japan and received in original condition.

Refunds

If a return or refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@omamorifromjapan.com.
