Worldwide Shipping from Japan

We offer international shipping from Japan using reliable postal and courier services with tracking where available. Shipping methods, routing, and delivery estimates depend on the destination and order size and are shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Free Standard Tracked Shipping (2+ Items)

Free standard tracked shipping is offered on orders with two or more items for all destinations.

For some destinations, including the United States, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on the number of items in the order and applicable postal guidelines. All shipments are prepared in accordance with Japan Post regulations to ensure safe and compliant delivery.

Shipping to the United States

Orders shipped to the United States are handled in accordance with Japan Post guidelines and may be routed differently based on order size:

Orders with a small number of items: Shipped directly from Japan using tracked Japan Post services.
Larger multi-item orders: May be divided into multiple shipments or routed via an alternative approved route to comply with postal handling requirements.

When orders are split into multiple shipments, tracking information for each package will be provided once dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, order size, and available shipping methods and are displayed at checkout before payment.

Standard Tracked Shipping: Included free on orders of two or more items.
Express Tracked Shipping (EMS): Faster delivery option with full tracking, available for selected destinations.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays). A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Tracked Shipping: Approximately 10–26 business days
Express Tracked Shipping (EMS): Approximately 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or local postal service factors.

Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number. If an order is shipped in multiple packages, separate tracking numbers will be provided.
