U.S. Shipping Update – Direct & Forwarded Options

We’re happy to share that direct shipping to the United States has resumed for eligible orders. Orders containing four items or fewer are now shipped directly from Japan to the United States using Japan Post services.

Orders containing five or more items continue to ship via our trusted forwarding partner in Canada to ensure reliable delivery and proper customs handling for larger parcels.

Note: Orders of four items or fewer may choose Standard Tracked Shipping or Express Tracked Shipping at checkout. Orders containing five or more items will have one shipping option, which uses our express multi-item forwarding route.

Eligible U.S. orders are shipped directly from Japan using Japan Post’s tracked services:

• Standard Tracked Shipping – economical option with tracking
• Express Tracked Shipping (EMS) – faster delivery with full tracking

Orders containing five or more items are shipped using our established forwarding route through Canada. This route includes the fees associated with forwarding, including tariff handling processed upfront.

1. Your order is shipped from Japan to our forwarding partner in Canada using Japan Post EMS.
2. Forwarding fees and tariff processing are completed.
3. The parcel is then shipped to your U.S. address using Canada Post’s express international service.
